I’m just so pleased with this guy’s progress in just two days. On Friday, he was ferrel, filthy, and wouldn’t eat or drink once he was rescued. He stayed in his box, and when we took him out, he ran straight back in, quivering. He let me wash him twice yesterday (he’s still a little grimy) and by the end of the night was snuggled up in my lap, refusing to leave. Today, he’s meowing when I leave the room, head butting me when I stop petting him, and eating up the affection that he’s never experienced before.
